The Professional Certification Program consists of three levels of training with self-directed fieldwork and tutorials. To take Level I training, you need to have 1) received two TRAGER® sessions OR 2) received one TRAGER® session and attended an Introductory Workshop, Mentastics class or Somatic Explorations with Deane Juhan. Other Trager® classes may also give credit.
Level I is a six-day training offered in two formats: 1) two three-day weekends or 2) three days, a day off, three days. For complete information on the TRAGER® Certification Program, articles and testimonials, go to www.trager.com.
